Dan's gross misrepresentation of the, "Australian Indigenous Voice referendum" is crazy. Aboriginals are already allowed to be part of the government. That referendum was to create a separate governing body.

You’re uninformed mate. Do your homework. The Yes/Note was not to create ‘a seperate GOVERNING body’. A body would have be created called “the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Voice” and that body would supply data, insights and help advise the Government of the day on matters ‘relating to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people’. That body would not govern but help advise and give insights into possible actions or processes into dealing with modern indigenous Australians. Dan, the Right of politics and Murdoch’s Media arm in Australia ran a fear campaign scaring the fuck out of everyday non-Indigenous Aussies that a YES vote would mean they would lose their land to Indigenous Australians…an impossibility because no laws allow that…..SO…..scared Aussies who bought Right Wing Media lies, Aussies who were dumb (like the comment maker above) and just plain Racists, won with their NO vote. That’s the facts. That’s the truth.

Dan, look for jobs in warranty insurance claims, im an ex builder working in property claims and my experience helps soo much, there are engineering firms screaming out for someone technical and able to talk to both engineers and clients. Most of these roles are entry level and work from home,i reckon you would enjoy it.

There is nothing worse than 2 young Brits talking about American politics when they clearly have no idea what they are talking about. You are welcome to your opinions, but to sit there and suggest only “rednecks” voted for Trump. He won the public vote! Like many i discovered tpd through their festival content but stayed for their personalities. Their transparency is part of what sets them apart and this shouldn’t be shunned.
