11:57. I think a third pocket on the back would be good up to the edge where the closing flap attaches. Thus you have a place to store something for easy access without having to open the flap.

Approximately how much yarn needed for this bag?

Did I miss how you stitched the loose side to the pocket? 11:18 And the closing flap to the body of the bag?
@catherinecrochet Жыл бұрын
Hi there, I just take part of the yarn and sew the flap to the body :)

Oh, this is stunning. Catherine, the "increases" of sc+ch are made in the chains? I was trying to crochet it in the pointed corners and it was getting crooked.

Press button stitching part can you explain please 🙏

Do you make a normal stitch in the chain stitch at each point of the flap of the purse or only stitches in the single crochets? I really like the pattern, but it is a little vague about crocheting in the chains or skipping the chains on each point. Thank you

Can you tell me what number of crochet hook did you use in this video?
@catherinecrochet Жыл бұрын
Sure, I use a 2.5mm hook here :)

Could you not have just kept going at 11.04 and make the closing flap decreasing at the end of each new row?
@catherinecrochet Жыл бұрын
You mean, extend the flap to make it the back and closing flap at once? This would be possible but would look different. So for the pattern that I wanted to make for the closing flap, I had to make it in a separate piece :)
@homirk Жыл бұрын
By normal stitch you mean single crochet. Please describe the stitches in crochet terminology, as otherwise one would get really confused.
