I have always loved this this type of music come to find out the first parish in Louisiana I found out that our kinfolks started that parish I was born and raised in Texas lived in West Texas all my life come to find out I got kin folks down there

The proof this is real down to the soul was a few years ago when a couple of friends originally from Louisiana put on a New Orleans Fest here on the Central Coast of California. In addition to cooking up a pile of Cajun food like it was required by law, the band flown in from Nola took over. The front man was a 17 year old kid on wireless "squeeze box" & mic who was already a 12 year veteran of the "biz". There were earthquake monitors going off somewhere that night!

The Great thing about Cajun Music besides sounding so Wonderful, is you can't compare it too any other sound. You could hear Cajun for the very first time and realize that this stuff is original. You,d identify it right away. What a magic Sound! Merci!!
