I think for the ending, instead of Monika deleting Sayori, after the crying, they are singing in Sayoris room with a rope near Sayori and at the end of the song, she lets herself fall into it, so she does what she forgot to do in DDLC. In which she didnt fall from high enough for the rope to snap her neck so she got the slow, painful death intead of the fast painless death.
