Kia Ora Brad ............ Loved watching the Chef creating the Shrimp Patti - I could only imagine how wonderful the taste would have been! The Crepes did look AMAZING!!!! Brad, what were you and Chris eating at 33.30 with the peanuts? It looked sticky yet i am intrigued with it and what was the taste? Thanks Brad and keep bringing on the Vids .................... Heyo!! Sorry for the late response! At 33:30 Lris says it’s called “Kalamae”. It’s very sticky made of flour and coconut milk. It was sweet and coconutty lol and the peanuts gave it a nice crunch! Delicious!!🤤 thanks a bunch!!!
