I can't wait until Dan has a proper kitchen for you to cook in either as guest chef or other once the chateau is finished. That's me hoping it will be two places aside from residence. Would you also drop by the Pethericks convent once the kitchen is complete and do a meal there? that is a full kitchen and would be fun to see you there as well. I don't know how Dan does it living in a yurt you are brave cooking there lovely what you do for friends Dana :)
