I'm Sorry to say, but on minute 29and 19 seconds you can see that the groove is also filled up to the middle of the groove and is not as clean as promissed with the 36mm hose... than Sedge pulles back the router and cleans a little more of the groove than the previous cut.... So i'm not convinced that The 36mm hose has a better dustextraction on this up-grade...

So true. It's the same as bad as 27. Festool doesn't need such trick. COme out clean ;P

That was such a bad move, I will never trust this guy again…. I spot the trick immediately and so bad executed that make it worst, he knew he was trying to trick the results…

@@SwapnilBhartiya it's not you can't trust him, it's a matter of bad Selling skills... Ben honnest and Tell thé People that 27mm hose is thé samen as 36mm, it only has An higher volume of extraction...

Had he run the router backwards with the 27mm hose, it would have picked up the chips. Nice attempt at sleight-of-hand though.

That was a 'bad look' no matter how you cut it. I disagree however, with the notion that the poorly executed slight of hand was a planned event. I think Sedge expected it to work exactly as he had claimed it would, likely due to prior experience, and when it performed precisely the same as the 27mm after such a humongous lead up, I believe he didn't know what to do in the spur of the moment live On-Air and with his mind racing he made a terrible split decision choice. Had he had a bit longer to think about it, I'd really like to believe that he would have chose honesty. Personally, I do not hold it as a mark against Sedge's character... He made a mistake while trying to sell a product live on air.

You cheated a little bit with the demo of the 36mm hose. You dragged it back after the cut. With the 26mm you left it forward

No it’s not better dust extraction you pulled the router backwards, on the first dado you stopped it in the most forward position. Nice try.
