In what cases and how can Antibodies travel across placenta? Since Mama and fetus have different circulation...

The fetus gets many antibodies from the mother (even under normal circumstances). Antibodies that are small enough can easily cross the placenta. The fact that the mother and fetus have different circulations will not impede this process.
