The next time you see CC pose with her right forearm vertical, showing a fist and biceps, look at her triceps! They are bigger than most players and that muscle is the one that Is used in throwing, shooting and throwing the basketball. Her passes are faster than most players because she has built up great triceps. Not only is she able to see a developing play, she is able to get that ball to the open and most often running teammate. Her opponents are not used to the speed in which a basketball can be passed, and that is another reason when CC is such an effective passer. Defences against her passes will improve.
