No I agree. It’s like a mix of 80s hardcore punk and 90s hip hop but also has the time changes of 90s alternative but it’s modern too. It takes influence but doesn’t rip off. I think it sounds great

If you guys grew up in the 90s its because this is very akin to nuwave which had its rise in the 90s and kinda faded out some in the 2000s in popularity. Its probably bringing back memories of linkin park, rage against the machine, even korn or limp biscuit shares silimilar tone and structure though more diverse in sound compared to this band. But thats where the nostalgias probably coming from.

This band is disappointing... It’s a shame too cause Jason has an excellent voice and they’re basically a supergroup... But they don’t have the Substance that Rage had and it’s just a bizarre mishmash of genres but none of it has a real point or adds anything to the sound... and everything is just very bland... It doesn’t have the urgency to be relevant... it’s too bad cause this had potential, but it comes up way short
