Rach the ELF halo glo is a dupe to the flawless filter and its only 15.0 The way i wear it is i use a little primer and then use the halo glo or flwless filter by itsself, looks great! BTW we got the same shoe organizer from amazon in black, it took my husband forever to put together, and my cat laid on top of it and it ripped one of the plastic things, so yes its cheap, but in my defense my cat weighs 17 lbs sooooo...lol
