Do t waste your time. Just dip slices of zucchini in beaten eggs, then dip them in breadcrumbs. Bake until tender at about 325, same thing without all that time consuming preparation!! What a joke!!

Schmeckt wirklich ganz gut. Lecker.! Thank you. I shall copy your tasty ideas, but without onions. Garlic yes, onions no. I am a picky eater plus several food allergies. Anything that could be fried or grilled I find easier than baked in an oven. Here I shall follow your recipe 100%. Have a nice summer, I´ll keep an eye on your marvelous ideas. Ich verstehe nicht warum bei diesen Rezepten immer was mit Eier Parmesan und laufend der selbe Dip mit der fetthaltigen Mayo verwendet wird immer das Selbe ! Lassen Sie sich mal neue Rezepte einfallen oder suchen Sie sich was neues aus ein Rezept Buch raus. Es ist nicht böse gemeint.
