Few of Manchester’s future skyscrapers - 02/24

There are quite a few high rise buildings being built in Manchester lately. This is a quick review of some in the Bury new road, Victoria station and Green gates area. The town hall can been seen with the scaffolding while under going maintenance and restoration.

Thank you for the update! 🙂👍 It was a pleasant surprise. One of the things that used to strike you in this area was the smell of hops from the numerous breweries that inhabited the place! 🫒🍺. Boddington's of course, Wilson's wasn't far away, Threlfall's and Holt's. I think Holt's is still there on Derby Street(?). Cook Street, Brewery building is still there and on your films in Salford. 🟢 Richard Arkwright built Mcr's first textile mill in the 1700's, near Miller Street. So a pioneer of what was to come depicted so successfully in L. S. Lowry's paintings. Glad your drone is "resting" as it's been very busy. So I will say this quietly, are you aware the Falcon has landed! 🦅 Shhh! (In hushed tones...) check out the Falcon Development in Dantzic Street. ✅
