I will make this without the egg. Love scoring the chicken thigh/legs and the addition of onion and tomatoes. Definitely would serve this with noodles/pasta or even rice. I like stove top cooking in the summer so the oven doesn't have to be on. Thank you.

I was thinking exactly the same thing the dish was fantastic until I saw those eggs I said what you gonna do with eggs and then poured it in On top of chicken I’m like no, if she had scrambled them and put them on the side it would’ve been better or either scrambled them and put them in some fried rice that would’ve been better but pouring that over chicken thighs start making me feel queasy🤢🤢🥴

В начале было очень аппетитно. Когда добавил лук, это ещё можно подождать когда жидкость уйдёт и лук придаст немного сладковатый оттенок. Но когда добавил помидоры в затем яйца! То блюда сварилась, а затем немного протушилость. Можно один раз пробовать, чтобы автора ролика не обидеть. Можно было ножки отворить и дальше уже на сковороде лук и помидоры. Так курица в весе не потеряет. А вкус тот же. Да и полезнее.

Ma'am, very nice recipe young lady & looks delicious, that is my fave cut from the chix whether in a quarter( preferred) or the thigh separated from the drumstick, I'm going to start cutting shallow slices into my chix, probably allows more spices & flavor Penetrate the chix. I think for sides I'll have chix flavored rice, steamed frozen peas with butter & buttered bread & a cold glass of iced tea with fresh lemon squeezed in with real honey stirred in the tea. Sounds good to me
