Few people cook liver like this! I can't stop eating for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Ingredients:
Beef liver - 700 g.
Rusks 1 tbsp. l.
Semolina 0.5 cups.
Milk 110 ml.
Carrots 4-5 pcs.
Onions 4-5 pcs.
Salt and pepper to taste.
RECIPE
🔹Rinse the beef liver well, remove the foil, cut into pieces and place in a blender bowl.
🔹Can be made from chicken liver. It will be even more tender.
🔹Add crackers, semolina, milk, salt and black pepper. Beat until smooth. Put something into the fridge.
🔹Cut the onion into half rings. Fry in yeast oil until soft (you can cook it in any oil) and put in a bowl. Do not fry the onions.
🔹Fry carrots until half cooked, add onions, salt and black pepper. Let it cook for a few minutes.
🔹 Cover the form with foil. Put half of the vegetables in it. Level the surface. Put half of the liver in it. Distribute. Top with remaining vegetables and liver.
🔹Cook at 180°C (356°F) for 30-40 minutes. Make sure the top doesn't burn. Allow to cool completely at room temperature.
🔹Put in the fridge for 3 hours, preferably overnight.
