I wish I could tell you the stories I've heard of; stories in which Muslims and others who had never heard the Gospel cried out to a God they did not know because they were hungry for truth and morality and God caused miracles to happen to bring the truth of the Gospel to these non Christians. Jesus even appeared himself saying, "You seek the truth, you are seeking me." and then giving them directions on how to find more truth.

@jesse3398 He preached correctly and perfectly. He was only trying to give the audience a wake-up call. Jesus said Himself that even fathers will be against their children and children against their fathers. It is a terrible thing to say if you don't have the understanding. Christians today, specially in North America, are asleep... complacent; this is very dangerous. The youth especially being corrupted by the world. Keep up the good work Tim. I pray your faith will be preserved till the end.

How many people cry, "Lord, Lord" only so they can look good in the eyes of men? How many people make a big show of what great Christians they are, speaking Christianese, and giving lip service to God but their hearts are far from God? How many people have even acquired the power of God to perform great miracles and cast out demons but then they use this power for selfish gain with no true loyalty to God or his people? You shall know the true Christians by their selfless love for God and others.

Repentance is not sorrow and does not require sorrow. Although repentance is frequently accompanied by sorrow, many who are sorry are only sorry that they got caught or sorry that they are facing consequences. Like a thief that doesn't want to go to prison but wants to continue stealing is the Christian who wants to go to Heaven but does not praise Jesus with all his heart. The Christian thief may cry, "Lord, Lord" in great sorrow and desperation but will not enter the Kingdom of God.

Matthew 7:21-23 is talking to those who trust in their own works to get them to Heaven, and trusts that because they do A,B,C that it merits them righteousness. John 6:38-40 says whoever believes in the son will be raised on the last day (paraphrasing), that is what merits you righteousness. You can’t make yourself be a better Christian, it is a divine and supernatural work of God through sanctification. There will be many who say “Lord Lord”, but they will be the ones who trusted that they walked “obedient enough” instead of just trusting Jesus. Self examination is important and should be encouraged, but I think this kind of teaching can sometimes bring people to conclusions that even though they believe, it’s not enough. And that’s just not the case. It’s by grace through faith in Jesus, that’s it!

I don't think most people are really concerned that they're going to earn their way into heaven. I think they're concerned that they will come across scripture that denies them what they want out of this world. A true change of heart would cause a person too live differently than they are right now, and that's unsettling to most people. I always hear about people claiming to be concerned that they're going to earn their way into heaven and I just don't believe it. In the end you will be judged by your works that have nothing to do with earning salvation but will serve as proof to what you believe and how you acted on it.

The goodness of God leads to repentance. Revelation 12:11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the WORD of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death. Be willing to die before worshiping false gods. The believer must have a testimony. Good works (done in secret) are for storing individual treasure in heaven (bonus) because of God's Grace.

THE NARROW WAY IS BELIEF ALONE IN JESUS CHRIST! ❤️ We are all sinners. Sin is breaking God’s moral law. Even one lie is enough for us to deserve everlasting fire from God (because He is holy). But the good news is that He loved you so much that He sent His Son Jesus to pay the price for you, so that you can go to Heaven when you die. Jesus died for all of your sins, was buried, and rose again (He’s alive!) on the third day. All you have to do is believe! ❤️ To be saved, believe in the finished work of Jesus Christ (who is God in the flesh, the Son of God) on the cross, in His shed blood, in Him taking the wrath of God poured out on Him for you while He was on the cross, in His death, burial, and resurrection to pay for all of your sins and to give you everlasting life (1 Corinthians 15:1-4, Hebrews 9:22, 2 Corinthians 5:21, John 3:16, John 6:47). You cannot work/obey your way to Heaven - salvation is the free gift of God (Romans 3:20, Ephesians 2:8-9). Once saved, always saved (Ephesians 1:13). ❤️

@Wretchedvideos I think you're reading more into what Conway is saying than he is actually saying. I don't think he made this video to attack video game players. He mentioned video games only because many spend too much time playing video games and they often play video games that promote sin. If you want an answer for the general public, my answer is the best you'll get. If you want an answer for you personally, you need to seek someone who lives near you and can spend time counseling you.

Sincerely asking, does walking in the narrow path and following Jesus means being poor like His disciples, and their main activity is spread the gospel all day all time? And how do you know that God is pleased with you when you cannot see Him? Any answer will be much appreciated🙏🏻 I am 20 jumping around from catholic, SDA, charismatic, until i found Paul Washer and Tim Conway and realized theyre speaking the truth. But i still dont understand some things. May God have mercy with us all🤍

Being poor and spreading the Gospel in your own strength will not save you. These are works. The Bible tells us that our own righteousness is like filthy rags in God's sight. The only One who can save you is Jesus Christ, who died on the cross, bearing your sins upon Himself and suffering God's wrath on your behalf. As prophesied, God raised Jesus from the dead, and He ascended to Heaven. He calls you today to repent, which means turning from a life of sin and following Jesus. I encourage you to be in God's Word every day and pray that His will would be revealed to you clearly. “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened. Or what man is there among you who, if his son asks for bread, will give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, will he give him a serpent? If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Him! Matthew 7:7‭-‬11

No, walking in the narrow path means fighting sin with all your might, pushing hard into God through prayer and daily study of His Word. These are fruits of a saved person, not duties for a prize. If you read His Word everyday, even if it's just a few pages, and pray regularly then you will find the narrow way more clear and easier to walk. I read a page spread of the old testament, then a spread of the New testament, then a chapter of Proverbs every day. Just keep going back to the begining of each book when you reach the end. That's a good method. Do this, and you'll be far more clear on what the way is, all the while CLING TO CHRIST. He is literally the way. Only good can come from living that way, but heaven only comes from faith in Him who is Perfect.

@crucifyme88 the problem with your 'thinking' is that it is not what the SCRIPTURE says. In the Matthew 7 passage, when they "ones on the broad road" are told to depart, they respond by saying "but LORD, LORD did not we prophesy in your name, cast out devils?etc etc" So, it would seem these could not be "atheists or followers of other religions" who have done these "works" in Jesus' name. They thought they were Christians but were not obviously.

An occasional video game will not send you to Hell but be careful. If you're focus is on how many video games can be played than your focus is on external morality just like the Pharisees and the Pharisees were mostly condemned to Hell. The real questions to ask yourself about whether you are a Christian or not are: How much do you revere God? Do you only revere God on Sunday? Do you love your neighbor as yourself? How much do you revere the Bible: the word of God?

He focuses on what we can do or not do. Instead of what Christ has done. We can not obtain salvation by our own righteousness. We have to look to Christ and His righteousness. He died for our sins and was buried, and He arose from the dead according to the scriptures. By faith alone in Christ, we are imputed righteousness. We are saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ, plus nothing .

This country has been taught that people who are "of the world" are off "sinning". Here's the thing. Me and so many others like me actually do what even you might call good works. Contrary to what you might believe. I have no desire to do so many of the things that you would call "sin". I used to be a Christian and I'm not judging anyone. This is a 12 year old video, but it was on my feed and listening to it just compelled my to comment because I used to live in constant fear of "Hell". Atheists who used to be Christians. So many of us left the religion not because of the people we met, friends we made or the pastor. We loved those people even. We left because we just didn't believe anymore. If I truly want to believe and take this whole thing seriously which I did at one time. That's actually how I got to this point. I read the Bible from cover to cover and that is about the time the cracks started falling. We'll they started when I was told by a pastor to read the Bible starting with the old Testament. So a person lives a good life. He/She doesn't do anything to harm anyone or themselves. They donate to charity and put others first. Everyone will make mistakes as were only human, but aside from that. The majority of their life. These people are good. They just don't believe due to a lack of evidence so they go to Hell forever. Meanwhile, you have the opposite. Someone who "sinned" most of his/her life and killed a few people. Had random sex with a lot of people and either got pregnant due to it or got others pregnant. This lasted for 50 years. Then they realized what they did was wrong and really were genuinely remorseful. They turned to Christ and were saved and didn't "sin" for 2 years then died. This whole needing to believe based on faith, even though it's imposable to control what you believe. Just like you can't force yourself to be a devout Muslim for example, and if you say you can you're lying because belief doesn't work that way. The point is. None of this Believing in Jesus has anything AT ALL to do with morality.

I pray that God gives you an ear to hear and that you will see the seriousness of your sins against God Who is Holy. You do have a desire to sin. Is your every waking thought and will to give God unwavering glory, praise, and honor? No? That’s sin in a nutshell. The “good” that you do is because you’re taught it. Either through God’s providential will, or common grace. Without the faith and obedience of a number of people before you, and laws of the land that told your forefathers how to act right, you’d be no different than the most heinous of people. Same goes for me, and ANYONE else. Your “good deeds” your “charity” is for yourself. It’s so YOU look good and have something to be proud over. And at the core of it, that’s the same destiny satan took and we can see where that got him and a third of the angelic beings who followed. Sin is the denial of God, in whatever shape or form that takes. You’re free to continue your life, you’re free to continue to sear your own conscience, but this pastor speaks truth. And evidently after over a decade of you resisting the gospel, you’ve found yourself in dangerous waters. If you left, you were never of Christ. If you left, you were never saved. If you left, you believed in your own ability to save yourself. The faith that saves you, is the faith that Christ alone will see to it that by His power, he WILL change you. He WILL see you through, and you WILL be found in Him.

No one has an answer for this: where are the believers? Doesn’t it say in the New Testament: “these signs will accompany those who believe: in the name of Jesus Christ they will cast out demons, they will speak with new tongues, they will take up serpents, and if they drink anything deadly, it will buy no means hurt them. They will lay hands on the sick and they will recover. The Lord will work through them, confirming the Word through the accompanying signs.” Where is this happening? I see a lot of teachers and preachers, but I see absolutely no DEMONSTRATION of God’s power. Like Jesus and His apostles did quite frequently in their missions. I have heard a number of “justifications“ for why we don’t have miracles today. Things ranging from “God uses doctors to heal people now” to “that was under a different dispensation because of persecution but we don’t need miracles now.” BUT THATS NOT WHAT THE WORD SAYS! So my question is is: where are the believers? Where are the accompanying signs? Where is the demonstration of God’s power?

Romans chapter one will help you answer this question. You will recognise gods wrath in todays time. A lot of the miracles and signs and wonders can be seen in other parts of the world, especially Africa. It is the home of witchcraft and I have seen things that no one would believe. Keep in mind, I used to mock Christianity. When I got saved , the devil hit hard and what I saw still makes me tremble. If demons then heaven exists. Pray to God and ask him to reveal what you seek. If your heart is in the right posture, he will oblige you. Be careful when you pray like that, many don’t understand his character and how big he actually is. When I realised who we serve, it changed how I approach him completely. I pray differently now, remember God is the creator of everything. An actual living God, when you realise that and you see His power you will change everything about your walk. This is a great question so I hope this helps. God bless you

Thank you for your response. I would like to have God change my heart. I have cried out to God to be changed. I have asked him to make me more like him. I have asked him to purge me of wickedness. I have asked him to help me to change. I have asked to God‘s patience in the process, because I have not been cooperative. I have asked that God would help me and use me more. I have asked for more love in my life because I have none. I have no feelings for people. I have no feelings for God. I don’t know why God showed me his love through Jesus if he was going to leave me this way. And after 24 years of believing, I wish I had never been born. I wish I had never seen this world, drawn, my first breath, committed my first sin, Tasted food or had anything to do with this life. I wish I had never been born. I would have been better off. God creates certain people for himself. He also creates objects for his wrath. He does this because it pleases him to do it. He takes no pleasure in the destruction of the wicked, but believe me when I say I’ve never tried hard harder than anything in my life than to love God, obey him, and find a good conscience towards him. I have failed. I have failed in the most spectacular way. I hang on his words that he can save me that he will do it. He will give me eternal life and that he will save me and deliver me from evil. I used to pray for death every day. But now I don’t pray for death because Jesus didn’t pray that we were taken out of the world, but that we would be delivered from evil. Please pray for me. I see no point to any of this existence and I want to go so badly!

Compare how much time you spend playing video games to how much time you spend reading the Bible as one way of determining whether you are truly a Christian or not. Do you spend hours playing video games and don't even think about the Bible except on Sunday when you search for it in order to carry it to Church and you never even open the Bible. Or do you spend hours studying the Bible, trying to understand the Bible, memorizing the Bible, and applying it's transformation power to your life.

Matthew 7:13‭-‬14 NKJV “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. @@kevinhill3225 i have read. they key is CONTEXT. you must READ READ READ the chapters of written elements BEFORE those statements. those statements are in reference to what is written before hand. QUALITIES of salvation perhaps but mostly of BEHAVIOR not obtaining salvation itself. You works based people aint gonna go very far ya know. And no one does those qualities perfectly which is why the blood of Christ is so important. If you read in context its actually also saying MOST believers in Christ who are going to heaven are in the broad road camp. Destruction. that's the context. Its not hard salvation, its hard behavior. You see, we cannot as Christians claim context of meanings biblically THEN isolate a portion of scripture and blanket statement that section to all meanings in perpetuity. All scripture is contextual and flows in those constructs. This section in all gospels books is NO DIFFERENT. Striving to enter the narrow is in relation to behavior qualities. Not the full meaning of who goes to heaven. Acquiring "life" is in relation to TODAY, not life in heaven or salvation. Read your bible plainly WITHOUT the Tim Conway catechism. He is in direct violation of Galatians 1:8-9

Even the previous statements in contexts are 2 different dis discussions. YOU MUST READ FOR CONTEXT. unilateral blanketing meanings cannot be applied here. Lukes account of Jesus NEVER mentions a wide path. There's coincidental similarity but both accounts are different interactions, different contextual discussions. this entire discussing is now targeted to James 2 which we are in agreement on, but you evading the primary premise because your theology is bad but common with traditional thinking.

@@kevinhill3225 you seem to think I'm saying heaven is easy. My only point in all this is that some passages that Tim is calling out doesn't support his true meant outcomes. Luke supports it but "wide to destruction" is not a part of his points and shouldn't be because THOSE points in Mathew are about behaviors. weather of the saved or not Jesus is making a point that most don't' love their enemy. including true believers. He's not painting heaven or hell here in Mathew. He's showing how behavior, or a perfect holy nature is HARD. But behavior of a holy nature DOES NOT SAVE us. Belief in the son does. we want to be that perfect of course and should work towards it but not to achieve salvation but to show we have it. But the context of Jesus teaching is EVERYTHING for later he states in response to his disciples that none of this is possible with men but only with God. The way for some is narrow. but its not unilateral. Jesus uses the rich as an example of this. Camel and eye of needle examples. But he NEVER says heaven is a narrow way for which few make it. No. NEVER says this. The Wedding feast parable is a prime example of the divide between salvation and unsaved. The way is not narrow because of rules and narrow living. its narrow because most of the world cannot except who Jesus is. Mathew 7 however is speaking of both saved and unsaved in general. I mean can you honestly say you love your enemy perfectly as commanded??? no. i don't. def not. Their for im in that wide path as abeliever. But in the narrow door because i believe in Jesus as my Savior. Thats context buddy. :)

Why not ask. "Jesus, how are you?" Think about it. Is it not all about the relationship between you and the Lord our God? ps. I'll be honest this mssg is posted after 5 min of the video. ALso a funny thing is. You can always ask Jesus or God a quetion. Or would I be wrong...? Just think about it. A response would be cool tho :)

IF you don't carry a Bible, you are not a true Christian. IF you proudly wear a Cross, you are not a true Cristian. IF you don't do this, that, or the other, than you are not a true Christian. TIM, True Christians are Sinners, Hopeless Sinners! If God wanted us perfect, he'd end it all NOW. Jesus says "I'm coming Quickly!" -it did not mean "in a hurry!" it meant SOON! That was 2000 years ago- was he lying? Get ready NOW! I suggest people actually READ the Bible before quoting it. God Bless.

This kind of teaching is necessary but borders on dangerous. It can be easily misinterpreted as salvation by works rather than by grace and faith. It also encourages people to seek salvation out of fear rather than out of love. Yes the wrath of God is real and God deserves reverence but Jesus said in Matthew 7:8 "For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened." Not "Seek but you'll probably not get it, good luck trying". Jesus calls for repentance, faith in Him and to produce fruit that shows you've truly made that decision. Leave the rest up to God. He is infinitely gracious, merciful, loving and just.

@lizazoon I'm responding to a pattern of comments that lizazoon has made to several videos. He has called us and our ideas: crap, bleating nonsense, childish, fantasy, infantilism, imagination, loser, crazy, bull, and ignorance. He believes that we are idiots. He has no reason for even watching these videos because all he wants to do is mock. That is his sole purpose in life. I've seen his channel and it looks like he doesn't have any life other than to come and mock us.

@crucifyme88 In truth, some atheists, buddhists, and pagans will enter the Heaven before you. If the only reason they are not Christians is because they haven't heard the gospel but they respond to the truth and conscience that has been placed in every man so that we are all without excuse; if they love morality and truth and are not Christians only because morality and truth has been hidden from them; they are more welcome in Heaven than many who have heard the Gospel but do not love truth.

And it repented the Lord that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart. Genesis 6:5-6 You once offered Satan your soul for a million dollars. I think you should fall down on your knees and praise the Lord for preventing Satan from accepting your offer.

if you don’t want to be with God on earth by searching for him by reading the bible, accepting Christ, picking up your cross, being in fellowship with the church, then God will let you have what you want, a place where he is not there. That’s what Hell is, a place where none of Gods goodness is there, If God is peace, love, joy, rest, light, all the things that are good. The. Hell is the exact opposite, no joy, no rest, no light, no comfort, no love. God is not going to force anyone, his invitation is out for all who will be believe upon the name of Jesus as the atonement for our sin, as a gift by grace to be received by faith. But if you keep wanting to live your life for yourself and your desires, he will let you, and the consequences that come with it.

@@sebastianpinto6514 I don't know if there isn't a God, but the biblical god "Yahweh" is wrong by default just based on what we already know. No reason to lose any sleep over it. Besides I've already read the the Bible front to back and find that nobody, not already heavily indoctrinated into the faith would have to be barking mad. You can't even get passed Genesis without uttering wtf. I'll even skip most of the stuff that makes no logical sense about vegetation with no light. The creation of the Sun with no light. The moon acting as a light source, being the same size as the Sun. The end where the stars come down from the sky and doing battle. Talking about pillars shaking the earth as if it were flat. That's why we have all these flat earthers now due to the absurdity in the bible. Waters being separated from the water in outer space. You see I was told to go back and read the Old Testament when I was 17 years old, and I'm glad I was because I took this Hell thing very seriously as you do now. God creates two people. Adam and Steve, or Adam and Eve rather, using Adam's rib to make the female version of Adam. I get it, He's God he can do anything whatever. Now this is where things go wrong. God plants the "tree of life" where he then tells two people who are blameless and innocent not to eat of it for they will surely die. Then a talking snake tells them that they wont die. So who's lying here? So Eve eats of it and gives some to Adam and they become ashamed of their naked bodies for some silly reason which makes no sense, and God asks them why the covered themselves. It's just all so silly. You have a talking snake who tells the truth. They didn't die. God set up a trap. The whole thing isn't based on any morals. It's just so that the writers of the book can set up their "Fall of man" concept. If anyone is at fault it's God. He set up two people who didn't know of Good and Evil. If they didn't know of it, then it's' not their fault. God knew they were going to eat the apple. Why have the tree there in the first place. Why test em. It doesn't matter anyway because two people can't populate the earth. It was be one lineage of incest. That's not at all how we came to be. Therefore no need for salvation. There, the bible debunked. Lee Strobel’s “The Case for Christ" - Roger Moore. I watched his sermon and you can see right through it, or I can see right through it. I think you could too if you could take your god glasses off for a second. Dry, unemotional and - considering the subject matter - uninspiring, Lee Strobel’s “The Case for Christ” is a faith-based drama about one atheist’s research-driven conversion to Christianity. It’s got a great hook. An accomplished, skeptical journalist investigates the “case” for Jesus dying on the cross and rising from the dead as a means of turning his just-found-Jesus wife away from religion. If it “really happened,” well… But the film, based on Strobel’s book, is so emotionally flat and slow that it forces you to pick up on its ridiculous circular logic and pick apart the half-hearted “reporting” and questioning its hero undertakes. The “case” he makes is all rhetorical tricks aimed at the gullible, and seriously unconvincing.
