Amna you need to understand something. Islamic clearly explains the rules for morality. What people do in their own homes is their own business. We are nobody to judge that. But what people are doing in public, on Instagram for example or on TV, we are ordered to stop immorality and preach goodness. You can’t ask people to stop doing that because ‘nobody is perfect’ when people stop enjoining people in good and ignore public acts of sin society goes downhill from there. People should not be confidently flaunting their trans identities for example. They can do what they want in their private lives but don’t bring it in public. We can’t as Muslims just ignore all immorality and mind our own businesses. That’s what happened to Christianity. You are very accepting of people and diversity and that is fine. But there has to be a line drawn somewhere. You have a public platform and thus responsibility. Please use it wisely.

Amna, I have been following you for a long time as a Film and Fashion journalist. I read what you write and watch all the interviews that you conduct. I happen to watch the Fashion Fortnightly video of the Ambani Wedding, and I was hooked to both of you talking with a certain sense of both expertise and cultural context, so I ended up watching all 55 videos within 15 days and the comment regarding the Birkin was written because I would really appreciate you guys to be little more aware. I am not a fan of brands or anything but when Tabish said... koi to bag hai... I was a little upset as you both are putting in so much work to do this professionally so it would be nice to see you both pay a little more attention to details. I got a little hick up while eating when I heard my username and Tabish can be as passive aggressive as he wants to be I will continue to cheer for him. I have read about the role Tabish has played in Pakistan's fashion industry in the past few days that I went down a spiral of watching interviews and reading articles about the fashion scene in Pakistan. I am sure Tabish would have done wonders even if I would not have known about his existence, but he has earned himself a loyal supporter so - Tabish you are an inspiration and Amna you never disappoint.
