The original song is FF8 LastBoss (Ultimecia), and the composition is Mr. Nobuo Uematsu. and FF14 version was composed by Mr.Masayoshi Soken.
I have reconstructed the good points of the two.
We also reproduced the time compression skill in the video.

FF8のアルティミシア戦でおなじみ『THE EXTREME』ですが、FF14版アレンジとして復活！2曲の良いところを取り入れ再構築してみました！さらに動画内にはボスが使用するスキル「時間圧縮」の演出も入れてます。
今回は2人のヒカセンとのコラボ企画です。素晴らしいジャケット絵を手掛けたのは絵師の yonah さん。さらに今回も全ての音を丁寧に調整してくれた音屋の OboroAkaneya さん！お二人に感謝しています！

The Extreme is my favorite boss theme. it embodies it's own paradox....you're at the end of time compression....so you have all the time in the universe...BUT. you better hurry. oh my god you need to hurry

Interesting. Like reaching out from inside a black hole. Give up and you will forever be in time compression, but if there is a way, your time is running out. I love it. The same reason I enjoy necron theme that includes the wailing souls of billions, not dead, not alive. In their own compression of time, helpless.

I have heard a lot of people remix this but this is one the few interpretations I have heard that understands what makes the original so good and actually improves upon it the song isn't called the extreme for nothing and this is an extremely good version of it, well done!

There is braindead way to solve it: just follow the center light to where it meets with one of the outer light, that 1/8 pizza will be safe, after boss jumps to the baiting tank, lean toward the inter-cardinal marker for the knock back. Xenosys Vex has a 30min long video explaining that. I hope you get clear soon!
