Honestly one of biggest gripes with this game is how much more expensive it is to buy anything really compared to every other gacha game and with less content than other games I mean 70 dollars for 10,000 red and 2,000 blue is insane especially when basically translates into only like like 4 or 5- 10 draw summons and that it

It is interesting for me to see, how much of data mine was correct: Now we know some of the things: - Next banner is Yuffie - Next UW is Yuffie - quality of life: Auto ready - quality of life: Guild shout - Quality of life: Overboost: so far we had a dot when a weapon could be overboosted. with 2.3 we can expect a distinction that weapon can be boosted with parts only or weapon + character. Also they will include a new filter option for that (that last one, I was hopping to see almost from day 1. So far the process was extremely painful - when you do couple of pulls, and then you go to upgrade weapons)

Honestly they should refund players that paid afterwards, and for those that didnt buy, reset them back to the 1/2 off price. It's not just lackluster, but also completely unfair. Absent that deal i agree that its not really a black friday *sale*. if noone bought any before the reset, whatever. but this is a HUGE advantage to people that got in on it. Noone should feel bad that got into it on time, but not everyone had the opportunity to be available for it. Just really bothers me that they would allow some people to reap the benefits and just gave a massive f u to everyone else. My ticket with them really isnt going anywhere, in fact they even phrase it as "Unfortunately, we are unable to process partial refunds or refunds for packs purchased at the former price."... the former price was cheaper than the latter price, wtf do you mean refund? lol i may have lost it on Applibots CS there. It's good to know they dont even listen to what im saying when im just asking for everyone else to get the same treatment. Thanks for the updates and your thoughts on stuff Ryder :)

I've only ever bought some small red crystal packs for 300 red crystal draws. This was a massive deal and I jumped on the 19.99 bundle but I'd never buy it at the new price.

Baha Rod was the death of Matt. Before that he still had Centipede which is what really powered him up. Centipede reduced the complexity of the Primal Behemoth fight but now Aerith, with her ever increasing toolbox, does everything Matt could do as a healer.

Yes, but Bahamut Rod is a limited weapon. Matt is a FTP friendly healer, whereas if you want to use Aerith to her fullest, you need to spend a lot more resources.

@erdnaavaip Thats understandable but my ob6 Baha Rod has more utility than my ob10 Centipede, so anyone who understands how Centipede changed the game jumped on Baha. Honestly Id love to see the metrics on how many people of the player base pulled for Baha. Im a minnow btw.

that materia support change would make event weapons MUCH more valuable since they are basically very easy to ob10 compared to banner weapons, i think the catch will be thats its similar to the branding system and the resources will be VERY limited

I’ve seen mistakes like this destroy a mobile game’s trust with spending players, that they cut off spending, which results in a game dying sooner than later. After all, why should spending players who missed out because of time zones, or at work have to spend 50% more on same bundle others got for the discount? Should had just left the mistake and taken it on the nose as a one off. Doubt they can afford to lose a lot of spenders what they have left.

I feel like Matt is the best F2P healer in the game, and Aerith is the best “Spender-Healer” in the game, what with all her Limited weapons and banners that specialize in heals. Hoping Matt’s banner can maybe move his needle back toward being more competitive.

True true, but even if you're F2P, if you had saved properly and pulled for Kamura/Bahamut, you can still be F2P and make Aerith work, but yeah Matt is definitely far more accessible and a great char. I hope they do him justice.
