FF7 Ever Crisis: Tower of Cetra B100 with Angeal, Cloud, Aerith (Interaction of Venom)

If the Shield is up and it doesn't break while you take damage, the additional effect "should" get nullified.
In this Video, you didn't get hit by Venom due to shield did not break. This includes poison if your Shield is up.
My recommendation is to have Shield up for everyone for Venom, this way it'll be an easier way to deal with the Boss and not constantly healing.

@commanderryu7554 i dont see any statement stating it blocks venom or other effects. Where do I find said info? I don't see it in LB description.

@@akinamori1615 Veil's effect in the help section, with the buff/debuffs, says, "If an enemy attack is nullified by veil, any effect associated with the attack has no effect" only if the shield is not broken by the attack, if it is broken then the effect applies as normal

Great gameplay as always I’d like to see you use Angeal-Aerith-Cloud combo for Brutal 30. With Angeal using Greatsword (3-tier aoe pdef debuff) and Type-91 (3 atb diamond sigil-patk/matk debuff)

@Oblivionknight Unfortunately I already edited the party. Cloud and Aerith build is the same as my Cloud, Lucia, Aerith B100 run. Angeal have X2 Buff/Debuff extension weapons then mdef/fire resist(Sephs purple Sword) Angeal had 280+ mdef with materias.
