I like Defcons that ends up with masive battles in super-late phase, but it is actually boring, when other players absolutely do not know what to do with that time. You are on fire bulding hundreds of units just to see enemy base defended by 4 vees and 2 tanks :-D that feeling of victory satisfaction is kinda reduced.

That's the only real downside of ECMs. A multitude of rockets hitting one unit turned into a rocket barrage hitting all over the place. So your own unit working against you. Fixing it would be changing a rocket's trajectory upwards. But I guess we are not seeing it in any foreseeable future.
