Sorting .45 ACP Small from Large Primers...
We are continuing to work on the design of the machine, but due to case inconsistencies, we don't think we can get it to 100%. It'll be really close, but up to about 3% of cases won't properly sort. The solution to this is to re-run the sorted cases to further reduce errors. Right now, the machine is running just short of 12,000 cases per hour in the video being fed by one of our pistol collators. It will run at a fixed speed, like our 5.56 Qualifier, being turned on/off by a proximity switch in the drop tube so that it doesn't matter what collator is used.
