FFmpeg Post-process Smooth-Slow-Motion with Stabilisation @30fps #1 (READ DESCRIPTION !)

Clip 1 no-post (Raw video @ 30 fps )
Clip 2 Post-processed @ 30 fps Stabilised/Half-Speed+Smooth-playback (slow-motion effect)
Smooth slow motion (without loss of frame rate)
Testing methods in post-process using ffmpeg to create smooth slow motion video + video stabilisation with the output video being same frame rate as original, in this case @30-fps.
Can apply this method to any frame-rate, in post it takes a very long time to process !.. but it works !
Some things suffer from this method... Notice the Wind-Generators in the distance :-/
