Yeah, only Elizabeth and Charlotte were set free. The spirits in Molten Freddy still were trapped, since that body become The Blob. And William used Vanessa through Glitchtrap to be his mind slave, in the form of her alter ego , Vanny, to put what was left of Scraptrap into a recharge station, to become Burntrap. And what's worse, is that a Pizzaplex mall was built right on top the fake and burned down Freddy Fazbear's Pizza Place, where he can hunt down poor Gregory, by controlling both Vanessa, and Glamrock Freddy. So, it didn't go exactly like Henry or Michael had in mind, even when William was temporarily in Hell, just to "Always come back." The only good news is, that the Pizza Place got burned down again, and The Blob become benevolent, so it let itself be free, while keeping Burntrap with inside with it.
