Hello! >coup de pied bas = low kick >fouetté = side kick (it can be low side kick = fouetté bas, medium side kick = fouetté médian and high side kick = fouetté haut) >chassé = front kick (it can be low, medium or high = chassé bas, chassé médian, chassé haut). @paolosmaldone8347

Coup de pied bas, might be painful, but it's not that effective at this level. Better go for the fouette/chassé bas which damages the thigh.
