Ruspix plate works like that -> Let's say you have 4h stored and you have 5h until you will receive KI. Ruspix will show you 3600 seconds then, because in 60 minutes you can use it to cut that 4h of waiting with 4h of stored time. If you have just finished a run, your next KI will be available in 19h+, so now Ruspix will show higher number. It will show all that ~15h difference now between 19h cooldown and 4h stored time. So it shows how much time left until you can use it to receive KI, not how much time until it store 20h. You can use Ruspix even if you store only 1h on it, to get next KI 1h faster.
