FFXIV Bard/archer gameplay (short)

:O nice video I start playing FFXIV tomorrow! woo have a question >.> how is the damage on bard? I love archer and I have played ranger on FFXI for 3 years but bard from what I have seen does not seem to stack up against ranger any thoughts?

Oh I see thanks for the reply! I am glad to hear that the damage is good when I heard that Archer class becomes a Bard job I thought "ok so archer becomes weaker when it becomes Bard??" lol and I am also glad they support with good damage I don't want to really play a mindless DPS class with no support.

oh yes and the buffs can aid alot, naturally. though the ones i use the most are Ballad, and Paeon(which is Tp regain) lol

the damage on bard isint as crazy as Ranger in XI, but in its still pretty high and has a good focus on AoE's, (the last two skills i used in this video and 1 more i didint use are AoE) though they don't gain that focus until a higher level, until then they do pretty good dmg. not super high, but not very low either.

I have not played the game yet I need to get my video card back which should be here on Saturday but the server my friends are playing on is called "Hypionin" or something like that I forget XD
