I mean, it IS worth it in some cases with the DRK burst if your melees aren't particularly bursty. Just remember to switch it back to the melee after your opener and you're good.

@@queequegtheater6093 There's always an exception to every rule, but it's pretty rare. I mean, I never play content where this makes any difference, so I just throw it on the DPS with the cutest portrait and off we go. 🤗

in FF11 Samurai was a tank iirc. also Monk kinda used to have the emergency function as a tank with Fists of Earth/Mantra/Bloodbath. I miss the Monk fists..
