once im free off covid ill jump straight on making it so far i found abusing your aoe as much as possible is the play work up those battle high to make your melee more lethal and improve survivabilty

I've had a few really good matches on Monk lately. It and NIN are usually my go-tos for Melee in PvP. But, I've also had a few matches where half of my Alliance queued up BRD and immediately went "Well, guess I'm playing RDM for this one." lol

Monks feeling really nice right now you can be just as anoying with your own ranged as the pesky bards plus i love doing winds reply, pheonix into fire reply and instant LB since the fireball lands just after the Lb

@@salamanderYT Oh, I hadn't actually tested that. That's a hot combo. I'll work on trying that a bit more.

@ it was great because both the lb and fireball are weapon skills so either the lb gets the bonus or they guard up lb breaks gaurd and the fireball lands

I won't lie, I do miss the old stun, but the new Monk is a blast. Give them 3 dashes again and they'd be unstoppable. Monk is probably the best melee class right now, although I still get randomly killed by samurai ults thanks to the AOE damage In dishing out lol.

I dont mind the Stun loss but I would love having 3 dashes again I get the same from time to time that moment you see the Samurai sliding your way with Chiten going but its already too late to cancel the attack XD

after the initial monk changes i was at the den with my queue regulars and the monks i was chatting with were dooming about the damage timings and the loss of their stun but now i know they had nothing to fear i'm moving through ranked CC and monks are a nightmare to peel from, they have kill power at basically any range and they stick to you like glue- keeping the stun would have been overkill

Ohh yea Stun into the Stun lock from the Lb combo ontop off all this new ranged ability would be so abusive

We have 2 now down from 3 but all the new ranged and aoe makes up for it

I cant do new monk. It doesn't "click" with me anymore, same with new warrior. Idk why but i just cant get them to work for me

The way it feels now most due to range meta is you want to abuse your ranged aoe and building battle highs before going in for your melees
