You dont have to be a player to use the performance system. I mean, it helps if you have basic knowledge of music but it isnt a requirement

I've written down notes of a lot of their songs myself. I put a key for what they have each note binded to and then I go through the video slowly and write them down, usually I stop a few times and play what I have to make sure they're right, so you could probably try that if you want. It's a little tedious though.

Pretty sure they listed a large amount of additions/improvements to Performance in the live letter, which we won't see until 5.1, meaning late October.

Thanks for the interest! This video was created by shooting background footage and performance footage in the FFXIV game, and then combining it with our own separately created footage of the Notes.

I am making this video by combining and editing the video of the game shot in the game and the video of Bard Performance! Just like the general "Rhythm Game Style", press the button on the gamepad according to the falling notes and try Bard Performance with the bard in the FFXIV game :)

すごく長い音の場合だと、FF14の楽器演奏は音を伸ばせる時間の限界があるので、もしかしたら音ゲー譜面で伸ばしている長さの分まで伸ばしきれないことがあるかもしれません😓 あとは操作関連だとたとえばL1ボタンと普通のボタンを同時に押しているときなどは、どちらか片方だけでも離すと音が止まってしまうので、それで音が途切れてしまうことがあるかもしれません！

@@nicorzea Actually that's my bad, I read it before SHB and it was saying "You also may not use any arranged or rearranged version of "Answers", "Dragonsong", or "Revolutions"" so I assumed they'd add Shadowbringers but it seems they didn't. Tho they did strike videos using Shadowbringers so I don't know what do they base themselves on.
