20:31 Actually, they had the diverging paths thing since Heavensward. Back then it was starting with either helping out Emmanellain in the Sea of Clouds first or Artoirel at Falcon's Nest first. That's correct. It's just that in Stormblood it...didn't work quite as well as they were expecting. But they learned from those problems and fixed that starting Shadowbringers.
