Pres. Tinubu is so far the most unpatriotic Nigerian with no remorse or empathy to the current economic challenges that we face. On his part, he maximise comfort, vanity, abundance and extravagant lifestyle and advocates for strict austerity measures against the very citizens he drew his legitimacy from. This man is a billionaire and owns a private jet, you can use your own jet as a sacrifice and contribution to nation building. He will rather spend billions on a lavish jet than invest that money in student loan to upskill our youths and open skill acquisition centres that will affect every sector in the country. I have no high hopes for Tinubu before the election and even after, it is just this zoning issue that made him an accidental president. Apart from that he has no business being in government again.

Listening to this man just makes me know, we live in 2 worlds in Nigeria. Those in government have a different reality from the realities of the common citizens. For a country undergoing its worst economic crisis in its history, those that are supposed to provide leadership to steer the country into safety are thinking and planning extravagant spendings. This aircraft is not and will never be a priority. The country is facing existential threats and these guys are planning to sink the country further. Our debts are so huge, production is at its lowest, the least thing to do is to spend money you do not have. These guys needs to be realistic with their thoughts and expectations of what comfort they feel the president deserves.
