afk journey in the past week has been seeing massive complaints with the announcement of the newest hero being a celestial which means normal players can't even summon for her even with literal hundreds of dollars of in gam currency saved up, the fact that we haven't gotten a good rate up banner in 2 months current story was done for most within 2 weeks and the current content to do from the clans and world boss are soooo overleveled its like they had no actual plan for this season after the story content.

While I guess there are some that really like ASTRA, many don't, even if they stuck with it longer than it deserved, like me. It just seems to have been busy bleeding players since launch, and I don't see that changing. It started with an ample number of issues, and they did make a big show of trying to fix some of them, but they never really understood what was wrong with the combat, and end game experience, or figured fixing it was just too difficult, so I can't bring myself to recommend this to anyone, and don't see it holding out too well. For instance, Alchemy Stars is a game people have been predicting will shut down any time now for years, and was released about three years ago now, that still has about twice as much community interaction in its social media channels than ASTRA, which is only about three months old. This is all made worse as their marketing, is about as bad as it could be. During the beta, they seemed to mainly advertise to PC players, many of whom hate mobile games, gacha games, and other things found in ASTRA. Then around launch, they seemed to just pump out all sorts of videos, and such, that largely would have only been seen by those already following the game.

Currently playing Wuwa and have been enjoying it. Also playing Snowbreak (Not released in 2024 so not in the list, but it's almost anniversary so check it out) and that's been fun. But these 2 games I'm not hardcore no-life playing, so I have plenty of time left to play a 3rd game. Out of all the games on this list, I'm probably gonna check out Astra first since it looked liked Dragon's Crown, then Solo-Leveling then if all else fails AFK Journey. AFK Journey is last on the list since I've been reading negative comments about it about the current state of the game so I'mma give them time to cook.

I think dmc shouldn’t have gotten greedy. They should have made a unique premium title and sure it wouldn’t have the potential a f2p game would have $$ wise HOWEVER the fan base might have given it a chance. Guardian tales and PGR(kuro's other game) should replace the 10th and 9th spot tbh. Pgr does the combat genre better than peak of combat imo and is way better when it comes to the gacha part, it also has a really good story especially once you get past half of the current storyline. And Guardian tales is one of the best I've played, its story is arguably one of the best in any rpg although its gameplay is simple there are alot of nice mechanics and things that help set it apart, plus it also has a really nice style...

AFK Journey is one of the most p2w games from day 1. A very punishing system for pure f2p, and even for whales and dolphins if missed only a few days of activity. You gotta be hauling non stop in an enclosed server without fresh blood around you. same whales, same dolphins and from there it's only a game of last man standing. and it's not even idle, it's very time consuming.
