FGC Highlights, Yeah man, trust me, the game is fun as hell at its best, but at its worst, you'll wanna bash you head open with your controller, the balance in this game is so poor sometimes that you swear marvel would be jealous of some of its bullshit, in fact this game is alot like marvel in competitive and casual, a massive cross over fighter that cares more about hype match ups then balance, (both to peoples pleasure and pain) top tiers rule the day, and some team are so clearly better than others, though in saying that, the hype that comes from underdogs showing their stuff with sick combos, and the occasional low tier hero is something this game also shares, maybe even more than DBFZ, and the community is ROUGH, but very committed, and cares about these franchises, and sometimes, eachother, which is something I can't help but respect.

To be honest, this is the only team that would make me watch this game competitively. It's just the synergy between these two that I love watching a lot that I don't really feel from any other team. Even from the characters that zip around the screen a lot. That's just me.

@@AntanovOCEFGC I know, but that's because there is a team that no one can counter these two except the only heavies, that can match having a way to get then closer or have longer normals than Gordeau. This team made be infuriating, but I still have fun playing against them because it helps me try things differently than playing neutral. Probably better than dealing with Yukiko and Nu-13's BS.

You can’t pushblock ex scythe in these scenarios. When a move is active switched on frame 1, then the move is invuln. So all those EX grim reapers, buzzsaw blast and Ruby gunshots were completely invuln. Super also whiffs because of this reason. This team uses the active switch invuln mechanic better than any other team rn.

Looking back in retrospect almost 2 years later I feel like this was just people not being as good as they are now and the game not being figured out yet than it did unbalanced. Literally every team can do active switch setups but players back then didnt know how to deal with active switch sandwiching. And to be fair the game was pretty exploitable back then. It still kinda is but its been watered dowm

Yo I don't want to hear shit about SFV not having good neutral when BB:CT has fullscreen safe normals. WTF were they thinking with these characters, seriously. There's like half a second of fucking block stun on 3/4 screen normals and EX moves are full invuln (ie COMPLETELY UNPUNISHABLE in a game with pushblock, just wat). Arc Sys smoked so much crack when they made this game.
