How Hajime's Performance compared to other SR ST Arts Saber? It seems he is really good as a 1T burst and NP spammer.

Better than all of them except maybe Hokusai depending on NP levels. He has better crits than yagoo, also better looping skill than both lancelot and Yagoo. Compared to Hokusai essentially he has better crits most of the time, better NP refund, and more likely more consistent damage but he isn't np5 for free, and he lacks his own charge.
