With either shikis or lobo as a team member, her kill chance is really high, first a 100% for her 1st skill fully leveled, then 60% for her np, last shikis 100% or lobos 50% instant dead success debuff they can actually truly insta kill someone, even a boss servant

It does to a degree work like that but.... Instakill doesnt work on most boss servants. They on purpose put their death rate at below 2%.

Although he has some pride in it, he finds no pleasure in it (unlike his twisted version in Orleans), and its worse when he is made to execute well intentioned good/kind people. He respected Charlotte for having the courage and determination to do what she did, and to try to do something that will stop the revolution (even if in the end, it made things worse). When his assistant slapped her severed head, he was furious, and jailed him. Marie, on her way to her execution, accidentally stepped on his toes, and apologised to him, showing no ill will or malice towards her execution. (Although in realty this happened to his father, Fate verse, it’s just this Sanson).

Her NP overcharge has 60%-100% instakill rate, and her first skill has 50%-100% increase in instakill rate. So will she be monstrous against bosses, since she can always instakill them on demand? Well, her NP is ST and has 900%-1500%, so she's going to be strong against bosses anyway. It's just that's I've always heard that instakill is often not reliable, but given the instakill rate we have here is 110%-200%, I guess it worth discussing.

Not really, bosses have a death rate like 0.1%. Having a skills that boosts death rates to 100% makes it 0.2%. Rule of thumb: bonze high chance, silver a good chance with skills, with Gold you'd have better luck pulling a 5 star with 1 ticket.
