I'm certain this is the four Tezcatlipocas, each of which is one of their four colours mentioned here and each of which created a sun (and assumedly their own cycle of creation) of their own in some versions of the Aztec creation myth. Black Tezcat can also apparently just be called Tezcatlipoca? It's a very cool piece of info but I wonder why he says he's all four of them if his NP is only the Black Sun?

4 Tezcatlipoca refers to the 4 major Aztec deity, the black Tezcatlipoca being himself. Funnily enough, Quetzalcoatl is also amongst one of these 4 Tezcatlipoca.

It's a known belief that aztec culture used to believe gods had some outlandish features, like blonde hair evoking the sun or white skin as the moon, so in this manifestation, Tez is blonde as Quetz because of this belief

Its most likely that the character designer is an uncultured japanese persona with introjected white supremacy but whatever who cares about race the design is simply lazy when other actual cool aztec features could be used guess the designer couldnt be bothered with 9 minutes of googling and just projected the archetype they strive for. Tezcatlipoca created this human body to be with Daybit, who thought he looked ridiculous (lol poor Tez, dude is down so badly Blue one taunts him he was desperate to answer Daybit's summon). He was trying to be "recognizable" and approachable (imo, he resembles Kirschtaria Wodime because Daybit specifically seems to admire him among humans). It's not as if he looked like this back then. That skull creature is also another form.
