He's getting an outfit for the summer event soon so he'll most likely get an animation update and maybe some new voice lines, it would be a waste for him not to say the line

@@Boarbatrice yeah and they had an opportunity to on the rerun and still didn't, not to mention he was also relevant in this christmas cooking event and didn't get it then either. I'm hoping he'll get something for when Extra Record releases. Also the devs have barely given ANY AUs this year, there's only been 2 so far. Tesla and Summer BB. But Tesla's was a full AU while Summer BB's was only a costume change for 2 of her ascensions during her NP

You only need to get 100% charge for W2. W3's 100% is guaranteed if you have 3 enemies. Just use plugsuit. I'd use Merlin since I have him and it'll increase Emiya's W3 damage.
