I don't get it. How working CC "Wicked Disciple's Command Seal"? Description said that this CC removes def-up buff, but on 30:35 this CC doesn't worked at all? Could someone explain me pls? I would be appreciate.

That cc removes defense up buff, so it will remove the buff if it's defense up buff Lanling wang's NP effect is damage cut for 3 turn so it's not a defense-up buff, hence it will not removed by that cc effect
