There may be no romantic hints between Fujimaru and Aoko&Alice in their lines, but becoming genuine friends with Alice is a treasure on par with Holy Grail and entire Gate of Babylon.

Apparently there are people that asked Nasu about this scene, and the shroom talks a bit about it. Firstly, Alice is kinda immortal and won't die for good as long as certain parts remain(guess all Mahoyo main girls can't stay dead huh? Aoko, Touko and Alice). Soujuurou knows this and the reason he was there at the place is to retrieve Alice's body. Then he stumbles upon this scene, and quickly judges and trusts that supporting Aoko to do what she sets out to do here will ultimately solves the whole mess and in turn would saves Alice too. So both Aoko and Alice is half-wrong half-right with their guesses. Aoko thinks Sono-G died protecting Alice while Alice thinks he died giving his life for Aoko(even though she doesn't voice out her thought about it), while the truth is he sacrifices his life for them both.

​@@zeryuouros4411 Now that you mention it, Shiny Star would partially qualify as an Evil of Humanity. Its "love" for humanity is in fulfilling that one unique wish that's separate from all the rest -- by discarding and destroying all other wishes. I.E. by basically yeeting humanity.

So Aoko guessed wrong. 1999's Sono-G didn't died protecting Alice because it turns out Alice died first(then again, seems like he'd die protecting either of them if as long as he was given the chance to). Dude died giving Aoko that single chance at miracle, and qualified to be a Servant thanks to that feat.

He didn't qualify as a servant because of this, he probably classified as a servant when he first did that whenever that is, I think soujuurou first performed this move for alice (because witchs keepsake & alice clearly showing some regret to soujuurou arm) and lost his arm, and then he does it here a second time for aoko, truly the goat amongst goats

The whole ending part of this event was kino. Great character interactions all through-out but it really got elevated when Shiny Star's nature gets revealed.

Man, Chadjuurou's moment was just...super chad. He continued what happened in Mahoyo - interfering in a supernatural fight being human. They didn't spell it out, but this again is another case of humanity's influence in fights that you would think only involve something bigger than humans. The you so much Neo! I just finished Mahoyo again to watch this. The music, man! THE MUSIC!

(Knows about Sono-G feelings about Aoko but won't say anything because she wants him, even though she is basically doomed to take the L) If their dynamic doesn't change by Mahoyo 3, I would lose my shit. This has to be the most frustrating love triangle I've seen. Why you do this Nasu. Ironically, a threesome would fix this mess in a heartbeat lol. Anyway, it was a wonderful event, a love letter to Mahoyo(and a big teaser for stuff that might happen in the sequels) and a bit of fanservice for KnK. Thank you so much for the translation. Now, I'll keep coping for the next years that Nasu is actually getting himself ready to write Mahoyo 2...right?

It at least confirms that, someway, somehow and somewhere, most of the main cast in one of the timeline worlds coexists with the rest of the world. Except Tsukihime but when Aoko was with Alice in the outing bath spring. She said something about coming back a decade later, meaning she must have meet her student/disciple. (Or I could be wrong) The fact Alice even knew Ryuogi was already a family of Demon Hunters and was on guard towards Ryuogi says quite a bit. If it was Shiki Tohno, he might blank out again and probably go to skill Alice, since she isn't necessarily Human in his instincts.

@@alexanderflores7422 To be fair, Nasu was sick over the past 5 years. It explains the reason why FGO was progressing slowly. But it also made the Mahoutsukai no Yoru visual novel sells and with Tsukihime and Fate/Samurai Remnant and the Fate/Stranke Fake so far the past years or months. I'd say we got enough, but yeah. Ever since that Fate got popular to the point where their money could buy off another country and milking us players/consumers is what made Nasu putting them on hold. The sequel to Tsukihime, and the sequels to Mahoyo.

@@Kira-mu2im Diabolical? Eri is a machine not a demon. He is not like Kirei at all he isnt driven by a quest of happiness and validation. There is nothing to base the idea that Eri would just create a monster of mass destruction. He killed Touko's grandfather yeah, but that was only used to prove how MECHANICAL his mind is. He was a pure logical machine and killed because the criteria for it was met.

@@Kira-mu2im First of all the main thing being teased for mahoyo 2 is Alice and Riddel dynamic, the history of the meinster family and Yumina the user of the 1st magic. Second how exactly is Eri gona be the main oppossing force to Soujuurou? He has been completely neutral to Soujuurou and even in Extra chapters seems to be quite comfortable with Soujuurou around, he openly talked to him about the love relationship of Aoko and went with him to investigate outside the mansion in the Murder mystery extra chapter and in fact was so comfortable with him that he was caught off guard by Soujuurou(possessed by Sweet hearts, one of alice's ploy)

Especially when Shirou needs to accomplish them on his own powers and all, though in most of the routes, it was mostly Saber and Ilya taking the spotlight. The only one to count as a servant is already EMIYA, he'll always forever become a servant. No matter what, he's got many Shirou's in FGO but would like to see an event like that, but it's long overdue since the beginning of the FGO game.

You know, now that i ponder on it. That green energy that Sono-G has when used... doesn't it looks similar in color to some of the FGO anime when these green energy spew out? Can't say i remember when or where i saw it but it's there. Also, it could also explain back in the amusement park, when Sono-G, when Alice witnessed Sono-G "leaping" of a few feet to jump onto Humtpy Dumpty egg bomb, Alice, a Witch was more focused what she saw and caring less about Flat Snark getting destroyed.

It's pretty much a small thing that most forget since they don't write about her much since she's a child. Though it's not that weird overall like shirou adopting a kid at 10 or anything that has happened in the last kalied chapters that feel like jumping a shark

@@ivanbluecool It runs in the (Kokutou) family. Azaka also wanted her brother (Mikiya) to be her romantic partner. Also, the story of her meeting Touko (whose apprentice she becomes) apparently would have also involved Tsukiji based on an interview answer Nasu once gave.
