Yeah... I've been playing since start, but during the first Nerofest, my Servants weren't properly leveled, since I was focusing more on the story than leveling/ascending. Second time around, I did play it more seriously, but wasn't exactly 'in to' it, since I was doing it more casually. Now, when I have so few Gems and so many Servants in need of skill leveling, I think I'll take this a bit more seriously.

Good luck with exhibition quests, last time around I went around for a hour trough all my low star servant NP and skill effects to find the one with the silver bullet for one fight or another, if you only use big stick approach the exhibition quests humbles one quickly

I started playing FGO right around the start of this event, and I have to say it really helped me make strong footing, especially when I got at least three Brynhildr in ten 10 drawn gatcha and Nero bride with a ticket and ton of apples that I rarely needed to use.

My three turn setup for Prelim, Main, and Finals petals node with what I have MC: plug suit(combat uniform) Arash - 1/1/10 - non MLB imaginary element Spartacus - 1/10/8 - MLB 3-legged race Support waver Santa Lily - 4/4/10 - 50% np ce Helena - 10/8/8 - shop ce use waver def or atk skill to help pop arash give the 30% to sparty and use waver other skill after santa lily comes in swap to helena, pop rest of skills as needed np use arash wave 1 santa lily wave 2 sparty wave 3 On main petal node wave 2 try to follow up the np with buster cards in case the hydra doesnt die, may have to use stun and take an extra turn. Hopefully this helps you find a way to farm efficiently with your party. Np battery servants are incredibly useful gameplaywise.

The game says you need to clear Fuyuki singularity. But in reality you need to atleast clear Camelot Singularity if you want the best experience from the hardest parts of the event without relying on Friend Servants

I've been farming the 40 AP (80) quest in prelim for the gold/silver medals and have been getting a lot of intermediate rider gem drops from there. Also, with the lottery, is it better to empty the whole thing first, then reset, or reset after getting the prize (to stock up on the CE), then max each box?

I started during the last Nero fest and I just couldn't cut the farming requirements to make the lottery reliable but I think 30 days in I might have been able to pull it off Especially if you have a well-rounded support list with lots of merlins/wavers/tamamos or high-grade offensive servants like Herc you can probably cut enough into the lottery to get some valuable rewards out of it esp if you stockpiled the summer apples

I'd say focus on the stuff in the shop, you'll need those ascension mats as a newer player. If you have some good supports on your friends list you should be able to farm just enough to get 6 lotto boxes so I'd aim for that.

I spent around 260 gold apples and ended up with about 150 gold gems per class. However, I got pretty lucky with CE drops so at the end of the day, it still depends on how many points your parents decided to put into your luck stat.

I always have a hard time figuring out optimal early farming in these events; i want a good start to this, unlike last time. As for the challenge quests, i think i'll actually do what i did last year, and try to go into each of them blind, at least on the first attempt. I think they're the most fun part of the game, and I look forward to the challenge.

How useful will the gacha CEs be for the event? I'm not really interested in Bryn since I have Enkidu(np3) and Mama Lancer(np2), and already have Nero Bride but I was debating on whether to roll for the CEs but the CE for the lottery is in the shop anyway so will the gacha ones be that useful?

They'll help with shop item farming, but the vast majority of the event is petal farming. So I'd say the gacha CEs can help, but absolutely not necessary

It's a real pain yo. Suggesting for team comp guides for whales and F2p. Real Fgo Veterans don't need team comp guides. Jk. The farming for this event isn't really that hard if you played the game for a while and have BB. Everyone knows this event is a pain in the ass for new players so there's no easy way really. Maxed servants with Event Ces and Kaideoscope or its variants. That's all you need. Like in the video its good to have a Maxed offensive servant in every class or a Berserker like Spartacus, Fran, or Raikou with supports like Hans, Waver, Merlin, or Tamamo. Also Welfares

@@aza89 CE depends if you wanna rush by ending each round in 3~4 turns or if you want to take it slowly and get as much currency in one round. Recommended Servants are pretty much the same. Theres a lot of guides here and there that helps a lot with farming. Hope you will have a easy time

There will not be another rerun of Nero Fest unfortunately, this is one of the few events that doesn't get a rerun. You don't need to buy all 4 from the shop before you can get a 5th. But the drop rate for the 5th copy is about 1% so it is extremely rare

I was lucky enough to summon Archer Artoria in the fist summer event. Then I got Saber Fran, Baserker Nobunaga, and Assassin Nitocris in the second event. Now all I need to do is get all the QP I can during this event so that I can ascend and skill up my new servants.

I was already planning on no-lifeing the event to farm petals, but this actually gave me a bit of a pause. If I try to farm petals, am I naturally going to get all of the medals to clear out the shop, or should I set aside some time to farm the medals? If it changes anything, I intend to roll the banner until I get Nero Bride (obviously waiting until she's in rotation).

The best petal node does not drop medals, but the medal nodes do drop petals. So, its best to farm medals first, then move on to the petal node after you've gotten what you want from the shop.

They both have skill gems so it comes down to which ascension items you need personally. Nerofest has medals/chains/pages/hero proof and Christmas has homonculus babies/lanterns/spinal fluid/and ygg seeds Personally I think Nerofest has the better lotto since chains are very important
