Yo wdyt abt Yagyu's NP buff? It used to be meh but now it's so damn powerful

It is nice but what matters more for his usability is the kind of future content we receive. A single NP buff doesn't change the fact that he is an early game servant with an early game kit and a servant like him would have a hard time keeping up with power creep.
