I just replicate your step- Exactly at 2.50 what happens did you save or perform some operations? because 2.56 attributes for patient resources, subsequently resource and resource typewere were not auto generated.?

Dear Sir, I am creating patient resource exactly like this video, but facing some difficulties, particularly, using visual studio. The problem is that everything is okay, but the only issue is that, I copy the schema file to the visual studio, 2nd setting.json file and write everything, pressing control+ space bar and everything become appear, great. But, when I create patient.fhir.json file everything is not appear like in this video. I pressed control + space bar and two options appear (1. empty array, 2. empty object) I choose empty object and open the {} but when I again pressed control+ space like in this video, it appear $schema NOT resource all attributes like in this video. I would be so thankful if you anyone here can guide me. I want when I pressed control + space it appear all resource attributes like in this, should I am doing something wrong, or there is any other option need to be selected. Please guide me. I am waiting for your valuable comments and guidance.

openEHR and FHIR are different standards. The equivalent of an openEHR template in FHIR is probably a Profile with document sections

I think you are taking about GUID.

Yes, It can be MRN# or Healthcard# or even HealthInsuranceCard number, Usually any identifier which unique to that particular Patient, In NorthAmerica 99% of times it's MRN#.
