WORLD WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. new series collar malfunctioned shortly after purchased and it's literally impossible to get in touch with a single person via phone email or chat to get a replacement, fix the problem, or to cancel. Beware and save your money.

Same still can’t get my fi2 to not die after a day, and when I try to use the diagnostic tool on the app it says my collar hasn’t been in use long enough (2 years) haha.

Customer service, if you want to call it that, is in the Philippines. I’ve about had it with their canned repetitive messages.

Doesn't alert until 4-5 minutes after breaching the safe zone. How far can my dog run after a deer in 5 minutes?? When we go on a walk it doesn't alert that we left until we are a quarter mike down the road. It also alerts that we are back when we haven't gone back into the safe zone. Being so bad at tracking it also shows us walking down roads we never even went down. Other features like "sleep time" never has worked at all. I've had this collar for two years and it has been far from simple accurate or completely functional it has felt like almost a curse I've wanted to cancel so many times. I'm now month to month. I was going to drop them the first time but then they sent the next series conveniently right before so I stuck it out thinking it would get better. It didn't. Then I was going to drop them and they updated the app. Everytime I was going to drop them but noooo wait a new update is coming...after 3 times( I'm month to month now) they finally did one thing right how it was supposed to be for the last 3 years but not quite...live tracking updates every 15 seconds now instead of 5 minutes but it's not LIVE, and now it doesn't show my location in comparison to my dog. This collar has been such a hassle that I hate it. I just want it to work like they claim why should I pay full price every month when it has NEVER worked 100% EVER! All that being said it has given me some peace of mind locating my dog after running off miles away chasing deer but he always came back anyway, I only had to go get him one time in a blizzard at night as he was chasing a rabbit in circles for hours. Was that worth the $600 I've spent in 3 years????hmmmmmm.

Bought two Series 3, one for each dog. RIP OFF This company has no customer support, does not respond to emails or phone calls. The battery sometimes doesn’t last even one day, never more than a week. Annual monitoring cost as much as a new collar. Wish I had known, I would have bought a different collar that works.

I've had the latest FI for a year and half. It's a last resort. As far as real time, it sucks. There is way too much lag in the live tracking. If there are roads near your house and your dog is a runner, then you might find your dog dead before the device works. FI and the Whistle should have HUGE disclaimers on the top of their website pages warning owners.

the reason it has a delay is so it can save energy put if you put on the lost dog mode it goes live

The collar itself is "ok" as long as you don't expet too much out of it. It won't tell you exactly were your dog is right now. But their support is non existent.

Absolute junk. Gps tracking is horrible. My girlfriend has a cheap apple air tag on her dog and it tracks way better, ANYWHERE. Dont waste your $$$!

Apple air tags require other Apple devices to be nearby so that they can connect. If you are out in a rural area and there are no other Apple devices nearby you will never know where your dog is.

This collar's tracking ability is shit. It's always 3 minutes behind the damn dog when it's lost. If you're in a wooded area, you can forget it. Tech support is horrible. No phone support. Emails get returned in a week.
