FIA Hill Climb Masters Race 2018 Highlights, Gubbio, Italy - Faggioli, Merli, Scola & More!

This is my FIA Hill Climb Masters Race 2018 Highlights video held in Gubbio, Italy. This event that takes place every two years in different countries has finally arrived in Italy and brings together the strongest European specialty drivers for an adrenaline weekend. Simone Faggioli, Christian Merli, Petit Sebastien, Domenico Scola, Marcel Steiner are just some of the big names that took part in the event on the 3,310 meters that lead from Gubbio to Modenna Della Cima.

Questo evento che si svolge ogni due anni in paesi differenti è finalmente approdato in Italia e raggruppa i più forti piloti Europei di specialità per un weekend adrenalinico. They're funny looking things, 7:02 and 9:18; look like shrunken Group C cars.

7:02 it's a BRC BR49-Kawasaki and 9:18 it's a BEC BR53-Suzuki

Oh yes, sure, but I think they are too big and heavy, certainly less manageable than the sports prototypes like Norma and Osella that use the European champions. Group C is good on the track but not on mountain roads 😉

@@Italiansupercarvideo the ground effect would make them insanely fast! I dont think its size that keeps them under lock and key , I think its the fact most group C cars are worth $million plus or more, expensive repair bill if it went wrong!

@@TheMadmagik True what you say but I also think they are too big to handle on hill climb roads. Last week I filmed them in Imola, if you check in my recent videos you will find it. They are extraordinary cars but not agile for something that is not the track and big circuits. Sure would be a dream to see one in the hill climbs 😉👍
