You can use a hairdryer to fluff up florals that get smashed from storage. Start with it on low and hold it on each flower or leaf to remove any wrinkles. Smooth them out as you warm them.

Um, you are a freaking genius. I have to say that I consider myself to be significantly above average when it comes to thrifting/finding these high end items + re-creating that same depth, look and overall vibe that you experience inside an anthropologie, crate and barrel, etc. (not bragging, just lots of years of practice/nonstop shopping/trial and error honing my taste/curating my style.. all an art form in itself as you know!) and holy smokes you have absolutely knocked my socks off sister! I am completely obsessed with the rug sample “shadow box”. Like, went back multiple times to pause and screen grab the best shot of it. I have a 16x16 antique velvet tapestry I’ve been totally stumped trying to figure out how to display for like 3 years- I am going to borrow your incredible idea TODAY and get it put up! Beautiful dupes and creative solutions. I am thinking a high quality print of a rug or other textile in a shadow box would also be a lovely alternative. You could give it dimension with double stick tape on the back, then a 3M wall mount on the back of the thicker tape(s) so the wall doesn’t tear. Also, I love the pace of your videos. They are informative without belaboring every step. Thrifting is such an ecological and inexpensive option!

Even at IKEA the bamboo cookbook holder was about $14, and that was a few years ago. $1 is a great price! You can also use it to hold up a recipe on your tablet or phone.
