Played 'Dirt Rally' on PC a few years ago and the 131 Abarth was one of my favourite cars to drive in the game! The intake sound in these is amazing! Can't wait to hear it run!

I still remember the story's that my dad and uncles told me about this car in the rallyes ... Even has the Portuguese sponsors of Estoril and porto wine ... Love it so much

In 1979 l had an Escort RS2000 new. Thought it was a great car. Then a friend bought a 131 Abarth a little while later. It was a much better car than the RS.

Great content my fait love affair started back in the late sixties with my mums 500 than a 126, 127 ,128, my mates 124 sport my dads 131.then I start with my panda 45s, uno 60s C reg, new E reg1st August 70sx than a mark one uno turbo G reg than the kids came and needed a suv 7 seater then it was all down hill your passion for fiat's has me looking for a new toy going for a coupe turbo or something with an abarth badge love this channel thank you

I watched these in the home Internationals (Mintex, Welsh, Scottish and RAC) in the 1970s and 1980s. They were superb machines.

Don't know what it is about these but they are in my top couple of rally car 'wants'. In the rwd rally world it's one of these or a mark 2 escort for me. Almost feel like this is a cooler alternative to the much more popular escort.
