Fiat Grande Punto Clutch Replacement

Finally after making so many Punto's clutch-related videos. I finally got it replaced with a brand new one. So does that fixed my problem or it didnt do anything at all. Guys you will find entire clutch replacement process in this video itself but it's more cinematic then detailed because detailed ones tend to get super long will try to give you guys that as well someday. And i hope this actually fixed my problem. And that only time can tell.

Do you know that Grande Punto too has rear AC vents? It's located underneath the Front Seats just like in XUV500. Most of the people put their floor mats above it so that it is not able to flow the air through that went. People haven't checked this, please check whether the mat is blocking the tiny vent under the seat

My 2009 diesel is having problems in shifting gears. Gives crank noise while putting in reverse and gone bad on every gear. ...so it's all cos of the damage Clutch parts right ? Please let me know Thanks.

Hi Amul, did you feel jerk after clutch replacement? Like when we release the foot from the clutch.. for me after the clutch replacement clutch becomes smooth but when I release it , it is not working from the beginning but after releasing a little extra. The mechanic said it will be fine after running for a certain distance, I travelled almost 300km still and the jerk didn't get fixed? Does it take more time after running for several kms to get set ? Please suggest if this happens to you as well initially...

I have a 2010 Punto Emotion 1.4 (petrol), this specific model has a common issue of breaking the plastic rod inside the slave cylinder. My clutch went flat all of a sudden at 35K kilometres and towed to the Garage and fixed. I changed the Master Cylinder and slave cylinder together and costed around 6K. The problem happened again after a few weeks and i made a metal rod instead of plastic rod and installed it. It's been an year now, i guess the problem is fixed. I believe this is a common issue for petrol 1.4 variant and not in 1.2 petrol variant.

True , , the LUK made parts 3:17 made ones are all metal , I replaced with this , it even has a proper bleed valve.

Brother clutch kit costs me Rs 3600/- which I shared in one of my kashmere gate video. And transmission oil 2 liters costed me around Rs 1200/-. And labour charge is Rs 1500/-. So total I paid Rs 6300/-. And no idea about steering rack. Yes videos will keep on coming. ☺️

Amul bhai is it mandatory to change clutch pressure plate and what is the cost of it. Total cost of spare parts used

When the clutch is changed the pressure plate and release bearing also need to change Because what part is used that will definitely give issue early Like if your clutch failed you just changed just clutch plate not pressure plate or release bearing than Definitely it will not work as well and life will be shortened And then when the pressure plate is gone, you also need to change the clutch plate because it is definitely you will see it is not a great change The whole set will keep the car running trouble free for long And in any car

Your batteri is gone, symptoms when cold start the car might start. After running the car to stop it, then it wouldn't start, put your hand on battery if it is warm seems your battery condition is worst

In Delhi's traffic this is pretty much ideal bro. Some goes for around 40k when I asked around 😂. And In mine only the pressure plate has some scratches, clutch plate and release bearing was still good.
