FIBA exec commends PH for blockbuster World Cup attendance

FIBA Executive Director David Crocker commended the Philippines' co-hosting of the 2023 FIBA Basketball World Cup for drawing blockbuster crowds to the games.
During the opening last August 25, the Philippines set a new attendance record, with 38,115 spectators filling the Philippine Arena.
Thousands of basketball fans also flocked to the Mall of Asia Arena and Smart Araneta Coliseum to watch the other games.

Most international stadiums are privately owned or has a partnership with the government they are in. Lols and the Government literally just built the Clark Stadium😂😂 thats not beautiful enough for you? We also have davao’s stadium other than whats being constructed now. Also the Panaad stadium in negros lols those are for football though but still. Hindi mo lng na notice kase its not televised, advertised nor sponsored by anyone
