man the cardio for this style of play is insane. Growing up in the US I liked playing halfcourt ball because I didn't have to run full court. Then I did nonprofit in Mongolia for 2 years and they play something high paced like this: misses can be rebounded and put back by either team. After a score, though, play is dead and starts immediately by the other team at the top of the key.
